Do I need to buy a new BROOKESkey when my travel product expires?
No, you simply top-up your existing card. You keep the same BROOKESkey through your entire time at the University, and can add travel products to it online or via our Travel Shops, any replacements will incur a £8 charge
If you'd entitled to an inclusive product this will be added to your current card remotely and automatically.
